These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Home Secure Connect LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at homesecureconnect.com (the “Website”), and any related advisory services we provide. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Who We Are

Home Secure Connect is a Florida LLC, operating as an independent home services advisor. We help American homeowners compare and select home security with smart automation built in, and home internet, wireless, and phone services across our vetted provider network. We are not a security company, internet service provider, or telecommunications carrier. We do not install, monitor, or maintain the underlying services. Those activities are performed by the providers in our network under their own agreements with you.

2. Eligibility

To use the Website and our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Use the Website only for lawful purposes

3. The Services We Provide

Our services include:

• Free consultations about home security and home internet options available at your address
• Comparison of providers, plans, equipment, and pricing across our vetted network
• Recommendation of one or more providers based on your needs and address
• Referral of your contact information to providers so they can complete your enrollment, scheduling, and installation
• Ongoing support, including answering questions and helping with future plan changes

4. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

Home Secure Connect does not guarantee any specific service availability, price, equipment, contract term, installation timeline, or outcome. Provider availability varies by ZIP code, by promotion, and by individual address. Quoted prices, promotions, and equipment lists are subject to change by the provider at any time. Final terms are determined by the provider when you enroll.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Website or contacting us, you agree:

• To provide accurate and current information when requested
• To submit only a mobile telephone number that you own or are authorized to enroll, and to notify us if that number is reassigned or no longer yours
• Not to use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Not to interfere with or disrupt the Website’s operation or security
• Not to attempt to access any system or data not made publicly available
• Not to use automated tools (scrapers, bots, etc.) to access or copy content without our written permission
• Not to copy, distribute, or modify content from the Website except as expressly permitted

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, and software, is owned by Home Secure Connect or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The “Home Secure Connect” name and logo are trademarks of Home Secure Connect. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Other trademarks shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The Website may include links to third-party websites, including providers in our network. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those websites. Visiting them is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the website.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you in full.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Secure Connect LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or our services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home Secure Connect LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any false or inaccurate information you provide to us, including submission of a telephone number you are not authorized to enroll.

11. Dispute Resolution — Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

• Informal Resolution First. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@homesecureconnect.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
• Binding Arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Home Secure Connect agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or our services will be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in Hillsborough County, Florida, or by telephone or video conference if agreed.
• NO CLASS ACTIONS. You and Home Secure Connect agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.
• Exceptions. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Small claims court matters within the jurisdictional limit are also excluded from arbitration.
• Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first using our Website by sending written notice to support@homesecureconnect.com with “Arbitration Opt-Out” in the subject line. If you opt out, any disputes will be resolved under Section 13 below.

12. SMS / Text Message Terms

Program description. Home Secure Connect LLC operates an SMS program that sends quote updates, availability confirmations, appointment scheduling messages, and related service notifications to individuals who have requested information about home security or home internet services and have provided express written consent.

Opt-in. You are enrolled in the SMS program only by checking the SMS consent box on a Home Secure Connect web form and submitting your mobile number. The box is not pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a quote. Consent given on a third-party lead-generation form does not enroll you in our SMS program.

Who sends the messages. Home Secure Connect LLC is the sole sender under this program. Providers in our vetted network do not send text messages on the basis of consent you provide to us, and your SMS consent is not shared with them.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and stage of service.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Home Secure Connect does not charge for messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by submitting a new consent through our website.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, email support@homesecureconnect.com, or call (855) 248-8052 (Mon–Fri, 10am–8pm ET).

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers. The program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

Related documents. Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at homesecureconnect.com/privacy-policy. Use of the SMS program is also governed by these Terms and Conditions, available at homesecureconnect.com/terms-and-conditions.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For any matters not subject to arbitration under Section 11, you agree that disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Website after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, stop using the Website.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 16 will survive termination.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Home Secure Connect regarding your use of the Website.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision will not be considered a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
• Lead-generation partners: When you submit your information through a third-party lead-generation partner’s form and consent to be contacted by us, that consent is recorded and maintained by the originating partner. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may have been received from such a partner. Consent obtained through a third-party partner authorizes telephone contact only and does not enroll you in our SMS program.
